Brigadier General William Crozier Military Artillery EM2 XADA8 1858 - August 16This is an original 1915 halftone print of American Brigadier General, inventor and artillerist William Crozier. Crozier was a math professor at West Point Military Academy. He also served as the superintendent of the Watertown, Massachusetts Arsenal. Crozier is known for inventing the Buffington Crozier Disappearing Gun Carriage, the Wire Wound Gun and other military artillery. He also played a role in the Spanish American War and the China Relief
