Germany, Heer. An Em/Nco’s M43 Field Cap consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac the reverse with a clip(Heer Einheitsfeldmtze M43). A very well preserved Heer EM NCOs M43 field cap, constructed of field grey wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side panels, scalloped at the front, providing optional ear and neck protection to the wearer.
